Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility

  • You can return or request a refund for any products purchased from our India-based e-commerce site antiqdecor.in within 10 days from the delivery date.
  • Idols which are damaged or not as per Images displayed at the time of purchase are only eligible for Return or Refund. Note: Unpacking video mandatory for damage claim. Original products may vary slightly on colour (photography effect) & Design variation (Each idol is unique and non-identical as they are handcrafted)
  • To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrived damaged or defective.
  • Do not accept damaged packages & inform us immediately thru Customer care / Contact Us

Return Process

  • To initiate a return or refund request, please contact our customer support team at cucare@antiqdecor.in
  • Provide your order number, product details and a clear explanation for the return or refund request.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return shipping address if necessary.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged or defective brass idol, we will bear the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for any other reason, such as a change of mind or preference, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the brass idol.

Inspection and Refund

  • Once we receive the returned brass idol, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
  • If the returned brass idol is deemed eligible, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued for the product cost only and will not include any shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
