Domestic Shipping:
We offer free shipping within India on all orders over ₹500. For orders under ₹500, the shipping cost is flat ₹50.
We ship to all major cities in India. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.
We offer a variety of shipping options, including:
- Standard shipping: This is our most popular shipping option. Your order will be shipped via our standard shipping carrier and will arrive within 5-7 business days.
- Express shipping: This option is to get your order sooner. Your order will be shipped via our express shipping carrier and will arrive within 2-3 business days. (*Additional Charges apply)
International Shipping:
For international shipping, please contact us via email or WhatsApp for a quote before placing your order.
We provide dynamic shipping options including standard shipping, express shipping and next-day shipping. We have wide range of shipping network with major shipping providers like FedEx, DHL, UPS, Aramex, Bluedart, Ecom Express, Delhivery etc.
Import duties and taxes may be applicable to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Do not accept package if damages are visible outside. Unpacking video is mandatory for any internal damages.
